1. Accessing Your Billing Information

  • To view your billing details, navigate to your profile menu at the top-right corner of the page. Click on your profile picture or name, and then select Billing from the dropdown menu.

  • This will open your Billing dashboard, where you can see your subscription plan, payment history, and upcoming payments.

2. Viewing Your Memberships and Past Orders

  • In the Billing dashboard, under My Memberships, you will see your active subscription plan, the billing cycle (e.g., monthly), and the next payment date.

  • Scroll down to Past Orders to view your payment history. Each payment is listed with the date, the level of subscription (e.g., Personal Monthly), total amount, and payment status (e.g., Paid).

  • To get detailed information about any order, simply click on the date. This opens a breakdown of the order, where you can Print or Save as PDF for your records.

3. Updating Billing Information

  • If you need to update your billing information, go to the Billing section and select Update Billing Info under My Memberships. You can update your card details, address, and contact information here.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, allowing you to add or change your payment method as needed.

4. Adding a Payment Method

  • If no payment method is listed, you can add one by clicking on + Add payment method under the Payment Method section.

  • Enter your card information securely through Stripe. The details include card number, expiration date, CVC code, and billing address.

5. Managing Subscriptions

  • Within the My Memberships area, you have options to Change or Cancel your subscription.

  • Change allows you to switch between different membership plans. Note that changes to your plan will reflect in the next billing cycle.

  • Cancel stops the recurring payments, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Using Discount Codes

  • When subscribing to a plan, you can enter a discount code if you have one. On the Membership Checkout page, click on the link Click here to enter your discount code, input the code, and click Apply.

  • If you have a free trial code, you can also use it here during the checkout process to start your trial period.

7. Handling Payment Issues

  • If a payment fails or you encounter issues, an error message will guide you on what to do next.

  • Common issues include expired card details or insufficient funds. Updating your payment method under Billingshould resolve most problems.

  • For any unresolved issues, contact our support team for further assistance.

8. Important Note: Web App Only for Subscriptions and Billing

  • Currently, we do not support in-app purchases through our iOS or Android apps. All subscription and billing-related activities, such as updating payment information, subscribing to plans, and applying discount codes, must be done through our web app on your mobile or desktop devices.

  • To ensure a smooth experience, please access our website for any subscription management needs.

By managing your billing through the Billing section, you have full control over your payments, invoices, and subscriptions. With Stripe as our payment partner, you can rest assured that your transactions are secure.
