Canceling or Changing Your Subscription: Steps for Modifying Subscription Plans or Canceling Services

If you need to change your subscription plan or cancel your service, you can easily do so through your Billing section on our web app.

1. Accessing Your Subscription Settings

  • Log in to your account and click on your profile picture or name at the top-right corner.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Billing to open your billing dashboard.

2. Changing Your Subscription Plan

  • In the Billing dashboard, locate the My Memberships section. Here, you’ll see your current subscription plan and details.

  • To change your plan, click on Change under your current subscription.

  • You will be directed to the Pricing Options page, where you can choose a different plan that best suits your needs.

  • After selecting a new plan, follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the change.

  • Note: Changes to your subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade your plan, you will have access to the new features immediately, but the billing change will reflect from your next payment date.

3. Canceling Your Subscription

  • To cancel your subscription, go to the My Memberships section within Billing and select Cancel.

  • A prompt will ask you to confirm the cancellation. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

  • Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be processed.

4. Important Considerations When Canceling

  • After canceling, your subscription will not renew automatically, and access to premium content will be restricted once your billing period ends.

  • Should you wish to restart your subscription in the future, you can select a plan from the Pricing Options page and re-subscribe.

5. No In-App Cancellations or Changes

  • Please note that changes to subscriptions, including cancellations, can only be made through our web app. We do not currently support in-app subscription management on iOS or Android.

  • For a smooth experience, ensure you use our web app on either your mobile or desktop device for managing your subscription.
