Having trouble logging into your Languagehood account? Here are some common issues and troubleshooting steps to help you regain access.

1. Incorrect Email or Password

  • Solution: Double-check your email and password for any typos. Ensure that the Caps Lock key is not on, as passwords are case-sensitive.

  • If you've forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset it. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions to create a new password.

2. Not Receiving the Password Reset Email

  • Solution: If you did not receive the password reset email, check your spam/junk folder. Ensure you are using the email address associated with your Languagehood account.

  • If the email is still not found, wait a few minutes, as there might be a delay in delivery. Try requesting a password reset again.

3. Account Not Yet Activated

  • Solution: After signing up, a confirmation email is sent to verify your email address. If you haven’t received this email, check your spam/junk folder.

  • If you still haven't received the confirmation email, contact our support team via the Intercom chat for further assistance.

4. Multiple Failed Login Attempts

  • Solution: Multiple failed login attempts may result in your account being temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the "Forgot your password?" option to reset your password.

5. Browser or Cache Issues

  • Solution: Sometimes, cache or cookies can cause login problems. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

  • Alternatively, try using a different web browser or an incognito/private browsing mode.

6. Accessing Your Account on Mobile Apps

  • Important Note: Please note that account creation, subscriptions, and billing changes are not supported within our mobile apps. Use the web app on your mobile or desktop device to manage your account.

7. Contacting Support Through Intercom
