  3. Reach Out: Use the Intercom widget in the help center to get in touch with our support team.

Important: For security reasons, if you are not logged into your account or do not access the help center from the same browser, we will not be able to identify your account. This means we cannot provide personalized assistance.

Tip: Provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are facing, including:

  • Which activity or feature you were using when the issue occurred.

  • Any error messages you received.

  • Steps you have already tried to resolve the issue.

Currently, Languagehood does not support in-app purchases or billing-related support directly within our iOS and Android apps. For subscription management, payments, and billing-related assistance, please use our web app on a mobile or desktop browser.
